June 23, 2008 - Today the long awaited Statseeker Version 3 was released. Statseeker has taken the unusual
approach of giving the customers more for less. Statseeker now provides unlimited SNMP monitoring of Network
Interfaces, NBAR, IP SLA, Traps, CPU, Memory, Temperature, Printers and UPS. Statseeker also includes an
unlimited license to deploy NetFlow, sFlow and LAN Traffic collectors.
CTO Paul Koch said, "Developing Version 3 took much longer than expected. We basically started with a clean
slate and needed to develop a number of new databases and technologies in order for us to deliver the worlds most
scalable, flexible and robust piece of network monitoring software."
CEO Glenn Macgregor-Davies said, "Statseeker is one consolidated product with an unlimited license.
This enables customers to monitor their entire network with a number of different technologies. These
technologies are usually bundled as additional bolt on modules by other vendors, but our goal is to make
the choice and life simple for our customers. We scale bigger than any other vendor, we provide an unlimited
license, we deliver a wide range of reporting methods and technologies and we do all of this from a single server
which takes only minutes to install and configure."
Macgregor-Davies continued, "We've also decided to make a stand on pricing. We have set our pricing to a one
price for all model. Our pricing is extremely aggressive and aimed at rapidly increasing Statseeker's customer base.
We are introducing industrial strength, enterprise software that is easy to use and install, has an unlimited
license and is priced to remove the standard multi-tiered barriers that other vendors push to get as much as
possible out of every customer."
"We have been around since 1996 and for all but a few years have organically grown our company. We are not
pressured by investors to position ourselves for some form of buy out and therefore are constantly focused on growing
a sustainable long term business. The big advantage for our customers is that we care a great deal about their long
term commitment to using our product and go far beyond standard industry practices to ensure customers are happy
with what we are delivering."

October 16, 2006 - Today CEO, Glenn Macgregor-Davies tabled the results for the
2005 - 2006 financial year and reported on the development of the company's new
product "Version 3".
Macgregor-Davies said, "To some people we may appear to be a bit too conservative
with our self funded steady growth strategy, but this year we expanded our global
customer base to 500 organizations, hit our seventh consecutive year of profit,
strengthened our presence in the United States and still maintained a 40% pre-tax profit."
"We have two major priorities for the year ahead. We will continue to improve
and expand our Global Customer Support Center and Customer Training Programs and
we will release Version 3 of our product. Version 3 is an entirely new product
that will enable us to scale above and beyond every vendor on the planet while
maintaining our low cost and easy to use model."
"This was no easy task. We needed to develop our own compression algorithms and
a number of new databases that enable us to capture, store and report on the enormous
amounts of data that flow across today's enterprise networks. This new technology
allows us to configure the product on a global distributed network of up to 1,000,000 nodes
or interfaces, on a standard PC based server, in approximately 5 minutes ."
"Version 3 will see a number of advancements including the ability to monitor
a larger variety of data types and a new auto discovery and configuration feature."

such a technically focused piece of software. Version 2.8 takes us to a new
level where, even on the largest of networks, clients can self install our
software quickly and easily."

April 30, 2004 - Statseeker customers focused especially on the ability
to monitor every port on every element in the network. With this ability,
customers discovered that, "Perhaps there were problems that we just weren't
looking for." They also noted that limiting observation of network elements
and ports is a compromise based on the practical inability of most management
platforms to provide this "blanket" monitoring. While typical monitoring
approaches design the monitoring to focus on the most influential areas of
the network - those that impact the greatest number of end-users, for example
- every end-user's needs and experience can only be visible to the network
operations staff if the entire network is monitored.
Customers report that, "Out of the box, Statseeker works very well." They
note that installation and configuration is straight-forward, and they were
collecting useful information within minutes of booting the system.
An example of the type of network that Statseeker monitors for its customers
is a network with 288 devices, over 30,000 ports, monitoring the entire
network every 60 seconds and using less than 1Mbps of total bandwidth to
do it.
Customers also mentioned that the availability of detailed historical
information and the baselines created from it provided them unprecedented
insight into current performance, trends, capacity planning, and intermittent
problems.
March 15, 2004 - Statseeker is pleased to announce the release
of its much anticipated new version. Statseeker version 2.7 incorporates
substantial improvements to the data collection engine and user interfaces
leading to improved consistency and usability.
Statseeker's Chief Executive Officer, Glenn Macgregor-Davies said,
"We are particularly proud of the new release. Our customers have asked
for product changes and wherever possible we have incorporated those changes
into Statseeker. We have also undertaken a massive overhaul of the processing
side of the product."
Glenn also said, "We have implemented leading edge technology
that puts Statseeker in a different class. Our newly introduced Remote
Network Appliance (RNA) technology turns any standard desktop PC into a
powerful network appliance platform within minutes. This technology gives
us the ability to introduce a range of new products that can be easily
deployed via the RNA platform."
Stewart Reed, Global Sales and Marketing Manager, acclaimed the new release,
"A strategic piece of functionality has been included with this release -
'Auto-populate'. Now, organizations have the ability to load up to 200,000
interfaces in a matter of hours compared to the months of effort required
with other products. Our larger customers are astounded with how quickly
Statseeker is rolled out onto their networks."
Bethesda, MD and Brisbane, Australia February 9, 2004 - OPNET
Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNT), a leader in management software
for networks and applications, and Statseeker, an Australian provider
of network monitoring solutions, today announced the addition of
Statseeker to the growing list of products supported by OPNET's VNE
Server. OPNET's VNE Server provides an on-line, continuously valid,
integrated view of your network. VNE Server collects network data
from disparate sources-and intelligently merges this information in
the Virtual Network Environment-creating a unified network
representation that can be used for network planning, engineering,
and operations. VNE Server provides a complete, architectured approach
for managing network topology, configuration, and performance
information.
Statseeker is a truly out-of-the-box, web based, network performance
monitor. Statseeker collects SNMP statistics from all network devices,
providing end-to-end performance visibility of the entire network
and produces easy-to-read real-time and historical reports.
Stewart Reed, Statseeker's Global Sales and Marketing Manager, lauded
the development saying, "We feel very proud that OPNET has developed
an interface between Statseeker's network monitoring and OPNET's VNE
Server. OPNET is extremely well respected in the modelling arena.
Together, Statseeker's Blanket Monitoring and OPNET's robust VNE
Server, provide a tightly-coupled solution that accounts for
production measurements when modeling network performance."
"We're pleased with the addition of Statseeker to the list of
supported data feeds for VNE Server," commented Todd Kaloudis, Vice
President at OPNET. "Statseeker offers our customers an ability to
gather valuable network performance data for building accurate models
of production infrastructure."

December 16, 2003 - Statseeker announced today that 270 networks around the
globe are now enjoying the benefits of Blanket Network Monitoring.
"It was our goal to reach out to 100 new customers this year" said CEO,
Glenn Macgregor-Davies. "Gaining 110 new customers in this climate was a
tremendous effort from our team and our partners."
2004 will bring an improved Network Monitor and a new LAN Analyzer.
June 19, 2003 - Today Statseeker was successfully deployed on a nationwide
network of over 5,000 switches and routers totalling over 104,000 network
ports.
CTO Paul Koch said, "We were able to auto load Statseeker with the
configuration information of 5,036 devices and 104,000 ports in less than
one hour. It was amazing that after only a few hours of arriving on site that
we were looking at live data from the entire network."
Paul also said, "This is a breakthrough for our industry. We are running
a single installation of Statseeker on a three-year-old Compaq Quad 700Mhz
processor server. The server is more than 50% idle while retrieving and
processing over 500,000 SNMP data types per minute. We estimate that this
machine could easily monitor an additional 50,000 ports. With a more modern
machine, we should be able to scale to over 250,000 ports from a single Statseeker server and still maintain our low impact to the network promise."
CEO Glenn Macgregor-Davies said, "Our ability to scale to cater for even
the largest of networks while remaining easy to deploy and use, puts us
miles ahead of other point products. Our greatest challenge today is finding
a network large enough to really push a single installation of Statseeker to
its limit."
December 15, 2002 - Statseeker continues to deliver strong growth throughout
2002 with the number of worldwide clients rocketing to 160 this month.
Statseeker has made incredible progress into the corporate and government
market over the last 12 months and all indications are that this will
continue through 2003.
CEO, Glenn Macgregor-Davies commented, "Increased sales in the US, UK,
Australia and New Zealand is a true indication that the Statseeker value
proposition is stronger than ever."
Statseeker is well on its way to posting its fourth consecutive year of
profit since incorporation, demonstrating that Statseeker the company is
a long-term player in the network performance monitoring space.
June 30, 2002 - Statseeker announced today the signing up of their first
customer in the United Kingdom - London Underground.
London Underground Limited was formed in 1985, but its history dates
back to 1863 when the world's first underground railway opened in
London. Today London Underground is a major business, with over 3
million passenger journeys a day - making it the busiest railway network
in Britain - some 507 trains, 253 stations owned (275 served), over
16,500 staff and vast engineering assets.
"The sale to London Underground is the culmination of a lot of ground
work in the UK", said Stewart Reed, Global Manager, Sales and Marketing.
"With a dozen other clients already evaluating the Total Network Visibility
that Statseeker provides, we are confident that Statseeker will experience
the same rapid growth in the UK, that we have experienced in Australia
and the US."
April 15, 2002 - Statseeker celebrates gaining its 100th customer this
month. Remarkably, this feat has taken only 18 months to achieve.
"We are very excited about our rapid advance," commented CEO, Glenn
Macgregor-Davies. "Our success reflects the union of a robust, affordable,
easy to use product, combined with an excellent sales team and efficient
back-end operation. All of these components have been essential in our
success to date, and support our aim to bring this best of breed
solution to the market."
With the recent appointment of representation in the United States, and
a Territory Manager to Western Australia, Statseeker is expecting even
bigger growth in the next few years.
August 23, 2001 - Statseeker, the Australian based supplier of blanket
network monitoring software, just secured a number of key contracts
in the US, such as Quebecorworld, Bear Stearns and ING Furman Selz
amongst others. Statseeker's introduction into the US market comes on
the back of major success in Australia, with the number of clients
tripling over the last twelve months.
Statseeker is a purpose-built, web-based, cost-effective integrated
solution for network performance monitoring. Statseeker collects SNMP
data from all network devices, hubs, routers, switches, file servers
and stand-alone probes. It produces informative and easy-to-read
real-time and historical reports on bandwidth utilization, response
times and error conditions.
Statseeker's ability to scale to over 50,000 ports from a single Intel
based PC, allows organizations to gain real time and historical
statistics from every device and port on their entire network. "Blanket
Monitoring, every 60 seconds, 24 X 7."
According to CEO, Glenn Macgregor-Davies, "The value proposition for
Statseeker is clear: it is cost-effective, easy-to-deploy, accurate in
gauging network performance, offers information both for real-time
control and planning purposes, and is the only true "Blanket"
monitoring solution available today. As simple as this may seem, no
other product to date has succeeded in delivering on these promises.
While there are numerous competitors, many require extensive cost
and deployment investments with often-questionable results in terms
of accuracy, relevance and network load."
Statseeker's successes to date prove they are one new player in the
US that bears close watching.
