General

License Key

This utility is used to activate Statseeker with license key information. License key information is added during the installation process.

A successful installation of a time unlimited key will have no ‘From’ or ‘To’ date and will have a ‘Status’ of ‘Valid’, as per the diagram below.

Time Zone Selection

The Time Zone Selection limits the Time Zone options available to Users when using Time Filters. By default all time zones are added to the include list. It is highly recommended that all time zones be moved to the exclude list, and then only the time zones relevant are moved back to the include list.

To do this:

  1. Select the '<< All' button to move all of the time zones to the exclude list;
  2. Highlight the time zones that are relevant to the Users from the exclude list;
  3. Select the '>>' button to move them to the include list, as per the diagram below.

Expert Tools

The Expert Tools section contains utilities that should only be used or modified under instruction from Statseeker Support Staff.
